A Pale Ale with a citrus nose and tangy refreshing taste

A Pale Ale with a citrus nose and tangy refreshing taste From an original painting by Stewart Sexton

An autumnal species that feeds on ivy flowers and overripe berries. It has exquisite green, black and white markings and is undoubtedly one of our most beautiful moths, especially when freshly emerged. Found mainly in broad-leaved woodland and parkland, but occasionally seen in gardens, the Merveille du Jour’s larvae feed on quercus (oak).

This Pale Ale has a citrus nose and a tangy refreshing taste to represent this moth’s fabulous green markings.

Merveille du Jour is French for “wonder of the day”. We hope that drinking this lovely beer will help to make your day more wonderful.
